HYDRAULIC ATTENUATORS

* An attenuator is simply a pressure vessel engineered to \"clip\" pressure pulsation resulting from normal pump operation. The pressure spikes can be greater than +/- 10% of the rated system pressure which could result in reduced system component life and premature system failure if left unchecked. Attenuators can be custom sized and shaped to meet specific system requirements.

FUEL SWING CHECK VALVES

* Crissair manufactures a variety of swing check valves bracket mounted flapper elements fully qualified to MIL-V-7899, ranging in siaes 1/4" to 3" line size. These units are ideal for use in fuel systems applications due to requirements of high flow rates with low pressure drops. Some units can also be configured with an internal relief function for thermal expansion.

* Our line of split flapper check valves are available in various sizes, materials, and flange/interface configurations. These bi-petal check valves are engineered for use in aircraft environmental control and hot engine bleed air systems for temperature ranges up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Engineered in standard diameter sizes of .187", .250", .281", .375" and .500", they offer systems design engineers high performance valve solutions where space is limited.
